Eyelash hair follicle replacement?

Lets say I happen to know someone that were pulling their eyelashes so they damaged their hair follicle (don’t worry its not me! lol) and now it wont grow back. Is there anyway to transplant a hair follicle in the eyelash area or something to make them grow back???

    My lash lines most people never notice have no eyelashes it is sad that anyone would damage their bodies in this fashion.
